Maseba's stands behind MyDebtFlip. If you subscribe to MyDebtFlip Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — MyDebtFlip" and include your account email address.
After the 7-day refund window, MyDebtFlip subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain access to Pro features through the end of your paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund for unused months at our discretion — contact us to discuss your situation.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 1 business day and resolve nearly all billing issues directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to MyDebtFlip™ subscriptions. Refund policies for other products operated by Maseba's are governed by their own separate policies.
